Jules Tapper to the Rescue

Many of us take our helicopter rescue services for granted, but 20% of the cost needs to come from the local community - that's $500,000 each year for the Southern Lakes. In this episode of Southern Lens, the last for 2019, we meet the amazing Jules Tapper, who not only takes on the challenge of raising local helicopter rescue funding but is still flying after 59 years behind the controls of a variety of aircraft.
