Two votes beteeen in and out - Glyn Lewers and A J Mason

The delayed update on QLDC election numbers shows that new candidate Niki Gladding is more secure in becoming a new councillor, but AJ Mason is out and Glyn Lewers is in - with a margin of only two votes. Special votes have yet to be counted.
