Update: 23-year old man still critical after 12-metre fall in Queenstown

Police have confirmed a 23-year-old man is still in hospital in a critical condition, after falling from a retaining wall earlier this week.

“Enquiries are ongoing in relation to the circumstance,” a Police spokesperson said today.

The man fell approximately 12 metres from a retaining wall in Queenstown on Sunday.

He was located near Peninsula Road just after 5.30am that morning.

"Enquiries into the circumstances of the incident are ongoing."
