QLDC updates still missing - but here's more detail.

Here are the results from yesterday's QLDC local elections - no change from the shortened version we received as a media release at 1.59 pm yesterday - and no news from QLDC on the promised 5.00 pm Saturday or Saturday night updates. These results do not appear on either the QLDC or electionz.com websites.
