Glenorchy isolated by major slip

Glenorchy has been cut off from Queenstown this morning by a massive slip that has completely undermined the Glenorchy Road at Boundary Creek opposite Pigeon Island
Dramatic video footage from a Crux reader shows the extent of the damage. QLDC says the road is likely to be closed all day with a further update not due until 3.00 pm.
