Helicopter crashes near Taupō, emergency services on way

A helicopter has crashed near Taupō this morning.
Fire and Emergency have been called to the Poronui helicopter base on Taharua Road.
It's understood there are multiple people injured, but firefighters are yet to reach the scene.
