ORC lifts Lake Hāwea swimming ban

The Otago Regional Council has lifted the swimming ban imposed last week on the Lake Hãwea area.
There have been complaints from the community since the ban about inadequate (or no) signage with many people being unaware of it or deciding to ignore the ban.
The site will be tested again and results will be on the LAWA website in a few days at www.lawa.org.nz/swim
