SH6 partially blocked near Lake Hayes - serious crash injury reported

One person has been seriously injured in what appears to be a single vehicle accident near Lake Hayes this afternoon (February 15).
Police have told Crux that the crash was reported to them at 4.40 pm involving a vehicle hitting a tree.
One person is reported to have serious injuries and three others with moderate injuries.
A rescue helicopter arrived on the scene at 5.15 pm
Flight Radar 24 shows a medical helicopter arriving on the scene at 5.15 pm
SH6 is blocked southbound - with delays northbound.
