QLDC satisfaction level drops to 4% - down from 15%
The latest results from a survey measuring overall community satisfaction levels with the Queenstown Lakes District Council have dropped to just four percent, down from 15 percent in 2023 - it was then, even at 15 percent, the lowest score for all of New Zealand.
The council dropped the satisfaction ratings from this year's 2024 Quality of Life Survey, saying it would instead run a separate trust and confidence survey next year.
Crux has duplicated the QLDC 2023 survey. All five of the 2023 QLDC performance indicators are now at 10 percent or less in 2024.
Here are the results so far after 1,388 Crux responses, compared to the official survey a year earlier.
Our survey is still open and you can take part here.
