Mountain bike rider dies in Moke Lake incident

A mountain bike rider has died after an incident near Queenstown this morning.
Emergency services were called to the Ben Lomond Track near Moke Lake Rd at around 10.44am.
Police, fire, and St John all attended to the incident.
A police spokeswoman told Crux that a person in their 60s was mountain biking when they collapsed.
Despite medical attention, they passed away at the scene.
