David George to stand for CODC Cromwell ward

The following statement has been received from David George. 

"I plan to stand again as a councillor in the Cromwell ward of the CODC.

We face serious issues, this time round. I need to poll high this time, and will campaign hard to achieve this.

If Sarah Browne polls high this time I would willingly support her in to the role of deputy mayor.

We need to encourage much younger people to register as voters, and to vote on the day.

The future is theirs. 

But in the meantime we need wisdom and experience as a part of the mix."
