Crash blocks SH6 Lake Hayes: moderate injuries

A person has sustained moderate injuries in a single vehicle accident near Lake Hayes on State Highway 6.

The accident happened just before 11.30 am this morning with multiple police and ambulance units in attendance - including a rescue helicopter.

Police say that the damaged vehicle is being towed off the road.

The air rescue chopper left the scene shortly after landing at 11.45 am.
