$12 million economic benefit concert moves to Wānaka
The successful long running Queenstown concert at Gibbston Valley will move over the Crown Range to a brand new purpose-built outdoor arena venue at Three Parks in Wānaka which will open in time for the summer.
Amanda Calvert, Founder and CEO of Greenstone Entertainment said; "We're absolutely delighted to have secured Three Parks Outdoor Arena as our new home for the next five years.
"Without the support of Three Parks developer Allan Dippie the concert would have likely moved away from the region. The expansion into Wānaka marks an exciting new chapter for us, and we're confident it will become a highlight of the South Island summer calendar."

Full dates for the 2026 Greenstone Summer Concert tour will be announced very soon, with the full artist line-up to be confirmed shortly after.
This year’s only South Island Greenstone concert attracted 15,000 music lovers and is estimated to have generated in the region of $12 million economic benefit to the region.
The Three Parks Outdoor Arena boasts outstanding views set against a picturesque mountainous backdrop.
Situated a three-minute drive from Central Wānaka and just over an hour from Queenstown by car with ample car and campervan parking on site making it the ideal location for the concert.
