Free digital help drop-in sessions at Queenstown Library

Do you need a helping hand with your digital devices? You can now pop in, call, or email Queenstown Library to arrange a free appointment with one of the librarians.

Library staff might ask a few questions about your issue beforehand so that they can plan to get the most out of your session.

Please note, library staff are not tech experts, just a team of friendly librarians with good IT skills.

Staff will do their best to fix your problem, but on occasion it’s best for everyone if they direct you to the experts.
