Crux is one month old

Crux, the website of the Southern Community Media Trust, has hit the ground running with 41,650 page views in just the first month of operations.

The public interest journalism website that serves the Southern Lakes community was launched in early May by Broadcasting, Communications and Digital Media Minister Clare Curran.

The Southern Community Media Trust is run on a not for profit basis and is focussed on adding strength and diversity to the local community.

During the first month Crux has engaged with 21,565 people on Facebook. Our launch video has been viewed 5,600 times.
